Aerobics

Zone Fitness offers machines (treadmills, bikes, ellipiticals, etc...) and classes for your aerobic workout. Aerobic fitness increases the amount of oxygen that is delivered to your muscles, which allows them to work longer. Any activity that raises your heart rate and keeps it up for an extended period of time will improve your aerobic fitness.


Classes available at Zone Fitness:

PILADIO (KICKBOX PILATES):  
In this cardio kickboxing workout, you will keep your heart rate elevated as you dodge, punch, and kick the pounds away. Then with Pilates you build lean muscle in your abs, back, and glutes. The great thing about combining the two is it essentially turns Pilates into an aerobic workout!
 
FULL BODY WORKOUT: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Classes
An overall strengthening and conditioning class, combining free weights, tubes, and medicine balls. This class focuses on toning and overall technique.
 
MAT PILATES : Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Classes
A training technique that utilizes torso stabilization to promote efficiency in movement by using flexibility and strength. This class will help with your overall core strength.
 
YOGA: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Classes
This achient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility and improves circulation. You will focus on mind body awareness. Please bring your own Yoga sticky mat and wear clothing layers to adjust to the temperature of the room.
